To implement efficient production structures in the related production departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create standard processes and documents for ITO/OTD IE tasks. Make working Plan, create IE documents such as SAB, MTM, etc.
• Main interfaces to BMW TP-Sx IE technologies. Join the international meeting to exchange IE business information and get to learn BMW IE standard, new system and introduce to BBA.
• Working on ItO and OtD IE for planning and production workload / utilization transparency and HC validation.
• IE benchmarking and best practice transfer to planning and production good practice exchange with BMW and PSP, planning team and implementation in BBA.
• Support production VPS/PSP on utilization/Ergonomics improvement. Transfer IE knowledge and idea to PSP/VPS team to support them on utilization/Ergonomics improvement.
• New IE method research and development, digitalization idea(project) for workload improvement and implementation on shop floor.
• Ergonomic evaluation, red item improvement idea and support planner for Ergonomic improvement.
  
  Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related major.
• Experience and knowledge in Manufacture area special in automobile manufacture area.
• Experience and knowledge of lean production and mindset.
• Experience and knowledge of VPS, HC plan in new vehicle launch and series production.
• Experience and knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools/system (Ergonomic evaluation, Ticon, REFA, etc).
• Experience and knowledge of MTM, certificate of MTM , certificate of BMW SD would be an advantage.
• Skills with standard office PC applications (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel). §
• Self-initiative, negotiating skills team work and communication skills.
• Proficient English language knowledge written and spoken, German would be an advantage.
• Past experience of working in an international environment 1-3 Years.
• Past experience in VPS and Industrial Engineering 4-6 Years.
