Tasks

• By the development of chinese green manufacturing system, and more focus from BMW AG, the energy efficiency and energy mgt. compliance are playing more and more important role.
• In order to fulfill serise deep and compehrensive requirments in energy mgt. audit and supervision, align reform of energy markting and emission policy by government and BMW AG:
• The laws and regulations to be observed and implemented.
• Coorperation and communication with government to be reinforced.
• Internal steering of energy affairs and cascating to business dept..
• More focusing on energy exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead energy conservation to fulfil annaul energy supervision, monitor energy target status based on national five-years plan, be responsible for report of energy target archivements status based on government requirements. Implement self-assessment to meet regulations
• Be responsible for energy metering external audit based on chinese laws and regulations, editor metering management report to meet government requirements. Organize and report energy metering internal audit
• As delegate of BBA energy key enterpirse to support government to consulting energy saving assessment and improvement of energy policy. As BBA interface to communicate with government to align and discuss energy saving target, enablers
• Transmit new updated laws and regulations on energy conservation and energy metering from government side
• Energy interface with PA to coordinate energy related business, share information, cascating BMW AG tasks
• Internal energy topic communication with business dept
• Implement BBA energy purchasing strategy. Organize BBA power direct exchange process, coorperate with purchasing dept. to archive electricity exchange. Conduct investigation energy market, analysis and proposal clean energy purchasing strategy to fulfill BBA sustainable strategy on energy consumption
• Investigate and analysis the new regulations for CO2 emission, greate roadmap and steer to archive BBA CO2 reduction target based on government requirements
• Team administration business
• Support to organize awareness events to promot energy savign sense of BBA employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business management
• Knowledge in national laws and regulations of energy conservation and measuring
• Knowledge in national energy conservation audit and measuring supervision process
• Knowledge in energy markting and reporting, carbon exchange field
• Knowledge of ISO50001, energy forecast and analysis
• Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PPT, Viso)
• English in spoken and written
• 5 working experience on energy or facility mgt 4-6 Years
• Pubilic communication with government 1-3 Years
• Energy markting and exchage 1-3 Years
• Energy audits and supervision in manufacturing industry 1-3 Years
