The role offers an interesting opportunity for work in the overseas education sector, with an introduction to the operational side of the industry. We are currently looking for an admissions manager to join our expanding team in China, working in the head office of our operations, alongside the senior marketing manager and other recruitment staff. This position is perfect for someone with an overseas education, looking to enter the sector, or for someone with administrative experience either in the sector, or looking to branch into it by working in an innovative, and rapidly growing, international education group.

Reporting to the Senior Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the application process for Chinese students’ wishing to enter either our US or UK schools. You will also be responsible for the crucial after-arrival care, in terms of communications between the schools/students and parents/ agents in China, as well as being an integral part of sales support for our extensive agent network. Specific accountabilities
Work with US/UK admissions teams to process student applications
Update client/student application database
Liaise between schools and agents/students’ parents

Meeting / exceeding annual enrollment objectives

Visible contribution to product and service development

Key skills required
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following skill set:
Fluency in English andMandarin (both spoken and written)
Highly organized
Experience with visa processing preferred
Overseas experience and / or education preferred
