Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle Tied Agent hotline to answer sales enquires
- Provide administrative & sales support for Tied Agent Channel
- Help preparing new and renewal quotation to closing sales
- Achieve department business target
- Work with business stakeholders to drive sales and resolve operational issues
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Holder is preferred
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferable in insurance industry and/or customer services position
- Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and well organized and being a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
