Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle Tied Agent hotline to answer sales enquires
  • Provide administrative & sales support for Tied Agent Channel
  • Help preparing new and renewal quotation to closing sales
  • Achieve department business target
  • Work with business stakeholders to drive sales and resolve operational issues

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree Holder is preferred
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferable in insurance industry and/or customer services position
  • Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and well organized and being a good team player
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
