Job Description:
- Prepare policy documents with planned service standard
- Data capture and entry
- Prepare certificate of insurance and cover note
- Policy jacketing and dispatching
- Provide support in GI new contract and contract renewal preparation including documents checking
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experience in admin
- Experience in GI policy admin will be an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office software and English and Chinese input
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in AS400 will be an advantage
**Fresh graduates will also be considered.
**Please note the office location is in Wong Chuk Hang.
**Contract renewal will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
