Job Description

Job Description:

  • Prepare policy documents with planned service standard
  • Data capture and entry 
  • Prepare certificate of insurance and cover note
  • Policy jacketing and dispatching
  • Provide support in GI new contract and contract renewal preparation including documents checking
  • Other administrative duties as assigned  

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in admin
  • Experience in GI policy admin will be an advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office software and English and Chinese input
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in AS400 will be an advantage

 

**Fresh graduates will also be considered.

**Please note the office location is in Wong Chuk Hang.

**Contract renewal will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
