Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for
- Manage center operations and handle general administration work
- Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk
- Introduce company’s services & products to perspective customers
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Provide support for supervisors & teachers
Requirements:
- Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
- Service-oriented with good communication skills
- Detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Love kids
