Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for

  • Manage center operations and handle general administration work
  • Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk
  • Introduce company’s services & products to perspective customers
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • Provide support for supervisors & teachers

Requirements:

  • Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
  • Service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
  • Love kids
