Job Description
  • Preparing documents/application in English/Chinese for account managers
  • Creating and review systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, and implementing changes.
  • Assist account managers for checking policy, process, drafting and printing documentation, and other administrative daily duties
  • Maintenance of confidential documents
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Data entry
  • organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Screening phone calls
  • liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts

Job Requirements:

1. Detail Oriented

2. Self-organization skills and independent judgment

3. Initiative

4. At least1 year office admin experiences

5. Bachelor’s degree in English or other related fields

6. TEM-6 certificate

7. thorough knowledge of office procedures

8. New graduated with good capability is also considerable.
