Service Scope

Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Specific Requirements

May need to deal with the senior management for scheduling and ad-hoc support, also Business meeting & event logistic support, independent work ability. About 1 to 3 years of admin support experience and fluent in English.
