Job Summary :Provide full support on the daily operations and administrative tasks for the Investment Banking Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistant in business travel arrangement, such as booking tickets/ hotels;
  • Manage the booking reservation of conference rooms;
  • Handle all the business expenses reimbursement;
  • Man the reception of Investment Banking department in a professional manner including to handle telephone calls;
  • Provide office administrative support including equipment and facilities maintenance;
  • Handle name card printing;
  • Other ad hoc works assigned by department.

Requirement

  • Degree holder and at least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Detail-orientated, hardworking and teamwork;
  • Possess a nice, polite and pleasant personality and like to meet with people;
  • Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner;
  • Good command of spoken English and Putonghua.
