Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaison and coordinate with government departments, utilities companies, vendors / designers and agents; identify and define project requirements
- Coordination and follow up assigned projects from pre-stage until final stage
- Handle documentation submission including various agreement and control delivery schedule.
- Assist project team for fitting-out project administration
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Assist in various ad hoc works upon requests
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in business, marketing related subject at least 2 years working experience in business development and willing to learn and grow with the group.
- Knowledge of IT, marketing field; secretarial duties; and multitasking skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
- Competent use of computing software (MS Office, Photoshop)
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multi-task work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
