Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General office administration, secretarial support & personal matters for the Director
- Assist in translation, document handling and filing
- Support leasing administration work, handle tenancy matters and related enquires
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / University Graduate in any discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
