Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, secretarial support & personal matters for the Director
  • Assist in translation, document handling and filing
  • Support leasing administration work, handle tenancy matters and related enquires  
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / University Graduate in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles would be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
