Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily administration, including: office vendors, reception, travel agencies, expenses tracking.

2. Provide admin support for contract review/signature, and track records for all clients and vendors contracts, including fapiaos.

3. Submit reimbursement requests, fund transfer requests, etc.

4. Track project expenses, and installments/payments to each vendor.

5 . Communicate and assist with colleagues on project management.

6 . Assist our Company General Manager on other work related matters.

Requirements:

1. 1 year to 2 years of work experience in Administrative Work.

2. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both oral and written form.

3. Skillful in use of the computer, office software, and office automation facilities;

4. Energetic, highly motivated, self-confident, and excellent presentation skills preferred.
