Job Description
Mission of the Job:
Provide the reception and administrative service to Hong Kong office
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office supplies/files/database/Company Portal (HR related part) for HR & Admin Department
- Responsible for smooth operation of the reception area, greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls and mails, enquiries and courier delivery services
- Process invoices for Administration team
- Provide support on handling expatriate administrative arrangements
- Manage travel arrangement
- Assist Office Manager in office administrative tasks, projects and other ad-hoc assignments
- Support the logistic arrangement of staff engagement activities
- Coordinate with location HRs to update the holiday calendar in AP region
- Provide administrative support to a business unit
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 5 years work experience in receptionist/ administration function
- Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent office manners with strong communication skill in handling visitors/ internal stakeholders
- Punctual, self-discipline, reliable and responsible
- Detail-minded with good multi-tasking and organizing skills
- Excellent MS office skills
- 1-year renewable contract (long term) starts from Feb 2020
