Job Description

Key Responsibilities    

• Clerical & administrative support in daily operation of the Housekeeping Department:
• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Conducting room inspection and log updates
• Performing dry store inventory update, procurement and distribution
• Repair / maintenance requests liaison and follow up
• Report updates, training materials preparation, data entry, documentation, filing

Entry Requirements

• F.5 with 2 years of related working experience
• English and Chinese communication and emails
• Candidates with higher education and less relevant experience may also be considered
