Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a full spectrum of office administration functions including facilities management, general administration, purchase and procurement and follow-up to ensure smooth office operations
  • Work closely with relevant parties on renovation or relocation projects and coordinate with vendors to ensure the projects are completed within timeframe and budget
  • Assist to manage office systems such as telecommunications, security, building management, etc.
  • Coordinate on fleet management, travel arrangement and courier services
  • Assist to handle tenancy agreement and property search
  • Provide regular analytical reports and identify cost saving opportunities
  • Handle internal and external audit for administration operations
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years all-rounded office administration experience in sizable companies
  • Good time management and multi-tasking capability
  • Good supervisory skills to coach junior staff
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a good team player and customer focused
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organised and independent
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • High proficiency in PC skills, knowledge in drawing office layout or floor plan is a plus
  • Less experience can be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
