This administration officer is responsible for Shanghai office administration operation, healthy, security , environment of China facilities , align with Global HSE policy, collect data, check each facilities in a routine frequency; at same time, overview branches office request, ensure all the branches administration request fulfilled in a good way.


Strategy and Operations:

  • Assist Head of Administration to implement the elements prescribed in Safety Management System/ environment, health and safety guideline promulgated by CES in the workplace.
  • Ensuring effective and consistent delivery of all on site environmental activity including measurement and reporting on utilities and waste
  • Monitoring the performance of the following outsourced providers: security, cleaning, maintenance, lifts and building services
  • Routine housekeeping for the offices/ workplace/ warehouse
  • Health & Safety & Fire procedure monitoring

§ Assist in organizing fire drill for Triumph employees.

§ Assist in safety audit adhering to local legal regulations; execute the remedial action plan and follow up the same.

§ Assist in establish, revise and translation of safety and health policy of the industrial undertaking.

§ Assist in job hazard analysis, evaluation of potential hazards, to identify hazardous conditions and exposure.

§ Assist in conducting safety promotion, personal protection programs.

§ Assist in organizing safety training programs, e.g. Fire Safety Ambassadors; Display Screen Equipment Assessment course to target departments, First Aiders certificate, Manual Handling Operation Assessment course, etc.

§ Comply with legal regulations, checking on risk assessment survey for Display Screen Equipment in target departments

  • Processing admin Procurement & invoices
  • Provide on-site coordination of branch offices admin issues
  • Coordinate for government issues , like new office business license application or update
  • Provide overall secretarial support to Administration Manager and General Administration Department.

  • Investigate and report to Administration Manager for company accidents, make recommendations to the proprietor to prevent similar accidents from recurrence. Maintain update Accident Claims Report for the purposes of safety audit and CES records.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills: 3-5 years practical experience

Language Skills: both Mandarin & English

IT proficiency: MS Office, project management, CAD

Other skills: 国际职业安全和健康通用证书(NEBOSH International General Certificate -NEBOSH IGC)will be a plus

Mobility/Travel requirements: Domestic will be required
