Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries, comments & complaints from the public;
- Maintain system records and other logs, such as CRM system & enquiry log;
- Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, minutes, etc.;
- Handle other clerical works, such as permit, insurance, audit, etc.;
- Work closely with operations to make the works run smoothly;
- Assist superior in other administrative works and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
- At least 4 years’ experience in administrative works;
- Independent, detail-minded, self-initiative and good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Able to work overtime and work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English;
- Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate availability is preferred
