Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries, comments & complaints from the public;
  • Maintain system records and other logs, such as CRM system & enquiry log;
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, minutes, etc.;
  • Handle other clerical works, such as permit, insurance, audit, etc.;
  • Work closely with operations to make the works run smoothly;
  • Assist superior in other administrative works and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in administrative works;
  • Independent, detail-minded, self-initiative and good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Able to work overtime and work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English;
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediate availability is preferred
