Administration Officer (Job ID: 2431)
Responsibilities
- To provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the department
- To prepare different business correspondence including letters, agenda, minutes and presentation materials
- To maintain procedures and filing systems for work efficiency and audit reviews
- To take up ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above
- Minimum of 3 years working experience of which at least 2 years in administration related work
- Self-motivated, able to work on multiple tasks under pressure and a good team player
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
