Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Receptionist and ensure the smooth running of the related administration functions

  • Provide general administrative support to the department include ordering and payments

  • Assist to manage the full spectrum of office administration services including but not limited to handle vendor contracts, cleaning services support, office security and other routine administration functions

  • Assist to handle various admin systems including shuttle bus Octopus system, staff card system, etc

  • Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in large corporations or MNC

  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and people management skills

  • Detail-oriented, organised and has a passion to succeed 

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in G-suite, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant

     

 

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office
