Job Responsibilities
Supervise the Receptionist and ensure the smooth running of the related administration functions
Provide general administrative support to the department include ordering and payments
Assist to manage the full spectrum of office administration services including but not limited to handle vendor contracts, cleaning services support, office security and other routine administration functions
Assist to handle various admin systems including shuttle bus Octopus system, staff card system, etc
Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in large corporations or MNC
A good team player with strong interpersonal and people management skills
Detail-oriented, organised and has a passion to succeed
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in G-suite, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office
