Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Operation Manager
- Perform administrative and clerical duties of document processing, updates, filling and office supplies management
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to both office and laboratory
- Update inventory records and issue inventory reports
- Handle travel arrangement for management
- Mainly coordinate maintenance and repair services of office facilities
- Ensure office common area neat and tidy
- Assist in organizing company’s activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-year experience in administration
- Experience in travel arrangement handling is a plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese, can conversant in Mandarin is an advantage
- Possess strong positive work attitude, initiative and service oriented;
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment;
