Job Description
This position is responsible for providing professional reception service and taking care of administration issues.
- Answering company calls, checking incoming / outgoing faxes, mails and correct distribution.
- Guest receiving / Office facility maintenance management.
- New employee receiving and preparation of name card, employee card, etc.
- Hotel/Car booking.
- Regular stationery and office necessaries purchasing.
- Payment issuing for admin purchasing, meal, office suppliers.
- Courier and express arrangement.
- Info. board updated.
- Coordinate lunch and dinner for employee.
- Support tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Related work experience
- At least 1 year reception experience in international company
- At least 1 year working experience
- College or Bachelor
- Good oral and written English
- Good at computer knowledge (MS)
- Good communication skills
