This position is responsible for providing professional reception service and taking care of administration issues.

  • Answering company calls, checking incoming / outgoing faxes, mails and correct distribution.
  • Guest receiving / Office facility maintenance management.
  • New employee receiving and preparation of name card, employee card, etc.
  • Hotel/Car booking.
  • Regular stationery and office necessaries purchasing.
  • Payment issuing for admin purchasing, meal, office suppliers.
  • Courier and express arrangement.
  • Info. board updated.
  • Coordinate lunch and dinner for employee.
  • Support tasks assigned by HR Manager.


Related work experience

  • At least 1 year reception experience in international company
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • College or Bachelor
  • Good oral and written English
  • Good at computer knowledge (MS)
  • Good communication skills
