Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Sales Department and Accounting Department, e.g. issue purchase order, invoice and follow up an order delivery
- Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, daily checking
- Handle sales order and shipment arrangement
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues
- Maintain proper filing system
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 6/DSE or above
- At least 2 years working experience in administration or related experience
- Proficient in Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese of Mandarin
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skill
- Ability to work under deadlines and work independently
- Fresh graduate student are welcome
- Immediate availability is preferable
