- To provide administrative support to H&EB BST and PMs in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of meetings
- To provide other general administrative assistance i.e. stationary ordering, new joiner's administration/system arrangement to offer excellence on boarding journey
- Responsible for scheduling meetings as requested by liaising with other AXA departments as well as external parties
- Assist in general office administration work as required
- Handle and answer English and Chinese correspondence in terms of emails, letters & memos (both internal & external)
Requirement
- Solid experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
- Energetic, efficient and pro-active approach
- Able to handle multiple requests concurrently
- Strong knowledge and experience of Outlook email and calendar system essential
- Strong organization and people skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks with professional image
- Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word a plus
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Enjoy working within a multi-cultural environment
