Job Description

  • To provide administrative support to H&EB BST and PMs in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of meetings
  • To provide other general administrative assistance i.e. stationary ordering, new joiner's administration/system arrangement to offer excellence on boarding journey
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings as requested by liaising with other AXA departments as well as external parties
  • Assist in general office administration work as required
  • Handle and answer English and Chinese correspondence in terms of emails, letters & memos (both internal & external)

Requirement

  • Solid experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
  • Energetic, efficient and pro-active approach
  • Able to handle multiple requests concurrently
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Outlook email and calendar system essential
  • Strong organization and people skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks with professional image
  • Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Enjoy working within a multi-cultural environment
