行政专员 Admin specialist


Responsibilities:

1. Assist business department in daily arrangements such as schedule meetings, arrange trips including booking flight tickets & hotels, summarize meeting minutes etc;

2. According to leader’s request, draft documents, letters and reports, etc.;

3. Be responsible for the document management, sort out the external/internal information;

4. Communicate with all GMs, AGMs and Directors to follow up the affairs;

5. Communicate with other divisions if necessary;

6. Be responsible for expats’ stuff including accommodation, all kinds of permits, vacation records etc;


Qualifications:

1. One to three years admin related experience would be preferred, good fresh graducates in 2019 is also welcome ;

2. Good reading and writing English skills;

3. Strong writing skill and processing skills, excellent communication skills at all levels (written & verbal);

4. Good personal appearance and temperament, vibrant personality and high sense of responsibilities;

5. Good sense of confidential, being patient and detail;

6. Good computer skills in office software, especially PPT;

7. Strong adaptability, good spirit and ability in Team work;
