Position: Admin Assistant (Receptionist)


Department Name: Operations Team, Canadian Tire Corporation Limited (Shanghai Representative Office)


Reports To: Manager - HR, Finance & Admin


Location: Shanghai


Responsibilities:


  • Answer calls & take message / respond to door bells

  • Welcome guests

  • Receive and send samples

  • Custom clearance documents for imported & exported samples

  • Hotel/flight tickets booking

  • Check flight info & arrange pick up service with car service provider

  • Manage billings from travel agent, car rental, China Telecom and China Mobile

  • Petty cash management

  • Office supplies purchase & management

  • Office equipment maintenance

  • Investigate market and find new suppliers for office supplies

  • Monitor & maintain a clean & neat office environment

  • Assist ad hoc work for admin team



Requirements:


  • College or above education background, business or accounting major is preferable;

  • At least 1 years work experiences in administrative/accounting work in multinational company;

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy;

  • Computer skill: Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft applications including, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook., database and IT knowledge is preferable

  • Language ability: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, above CET-4

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • To be initiative, responsible, and of team spirit
