Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management team members as needed, including travel arrangement, process claims, visa application, and calendar management, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room
- Monthly expense check and payment application
- Other office administrative work assigned
- Follow the internal quality system of BV China
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements,
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and oral English and Mandarin speaker
- Good at MS office
- Good at telephone system usage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Energetic and self motivated
- Good team work spirit
Education & Experience:
- College or above in English, Business, Administration or other related major
- At least one year experience
