Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to management team members as needed, including travel arrangement, process claims, visa application, and calendar management, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room
  • Monthly expense check and payment application
  • Other office administrative work assigned
  • Follow the internal quality system of BV China
  • Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements,

Skills and Requirements:


  • Proficient in both written and oral English and Mandarin speaker
  • Good at MS office
  • Good at telephone system usage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented and ability to work under pressure
  • Energetic and self motivated
  • Good team work spirit

Education & Experience:


  • College or above in English, Business, Administration or other related major
  • At least one year experience
