岗位职责:

  • 担任办公室装修相关工作。包括办公室改造或者搬迁相关的工作以及日常布局调整相关的工作。包括供应商管理,施工监管等。
  • 担任办公室家具采购及管理工作。
  • 担任办公室安全管理以及安防设备管理(监控系统,门禁系统及门禁卡)。
  • 担任与物业之间的日常协调工作。
  • 办公室其他设备管理(打印机,咖啡机,冰箱,微波炉等)。包括采购,日常维修,费用支付等。
  • 行政固定资产管理。每年配合财务做好盘点工作。日常做好相应的申请,报废等相关工作。
  • 上级安排的其他工作


岗位要求:

  • 至少3年以上相关工作经验
  • 熟练运用办公系统
  • 英语熟练(书面和口语)
  • 良好的沟通沟通技巧
  • 富有耐心与服务意识


Job Description

  • Work on office decoration work. Including office renovation or relocation related work and daily layout adjustment related work. Including vendor management,construction monitor, etc.
  • Work on procurement and management of office furniture.
  • Work on office security management and security equipment management (CCTV, access control system and access card)
  • Daily coordination with property-management-company.
  • Work on office other equipment management. (Printer, coffee machine, refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc.). Including purchasing, daily maintenance, payment, etc.
  • Admin fix asset management. Cooperate with Finance department to do inventory check every year. Do fix asset application or discarding in daily work.
  • Other works assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years relate experiences
  • Good command of MS office
  • Fluent in English(both spoken and written)
  • Good communication skill
  • Patient and service working attitude
