Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for an Admin Officer to join our Madame Tussauds team based in Hong Kong.


As our amazing Admin Officer, you will:

  • Be responsible for office administration function, e.g.administration budget, office supplies, employees travel, errands service etc.
  • Provide high level secretarial support to General Manager including preparation of correspondences, reports, minutes and presentation materials etc.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects assigned

 

So what are we looking for from you? 

  • Minimum 3 years of office administration; secretarial, personal assistant or executive assistant experience will be a plus
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Independent, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Resilient and communicative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
