Apply and renewal French, HK/Macau visa for Shanghai foreigner staffs
Manage contracts and daily facility with service providers for IT and office eqpt. (Photocopier, Videoconference etc)
Manage and coordinate meeting rooms booking
Responsible for name card printing
Ensure office environment is kept clean and tidy
Ensure equipment and supplies are available and regularly replenished
Coordinate all requests for office space etc.
Assist the processes of foreign employee relocation, visa, permits, certificates accommodation etc.
Help visitors applying Chinese Visa (invitation letter, hotel booking)
Manage and coordinate local travel for office staff (train ticket air ticket and hotel booking
Coordinate driver timetables, check car logs, generally support to other Bus
Provide ad hoc administrative support whenever required
Support financial issues like Validate the VAT invoice
Backup for other admin team member when necessary
