Job Description
Job Goal:
Responsible for all area related to administration functions as key holder, take over the administration purchasing handling and supplier management, also enable to be the reception window to governmental & global VIP guest, project leaders of cooperate marketing program & internal activities.

Responsible :
1. Admin Procurement & Supplier Control
  • Base on the requirement situation, responsible for purchasing the consuming materials, office stationary, furniture, and other staff welfare goods & daily use items according to cost saving concept and well stock control.
  • Ordering requirement to the admin service suppliers to meet the company demand, responsible to admin outsourcing venders quality review and leading improvement, including IT supplier, apartment/hotel/flight booking agency, working meal service supplier, transportation agency, stationed safety guard and cleaner management by systematic process control concept.
2. Public Relationship Handling
  • Take over the reception role to governmental visitor and global guests & customers, responsible for admin reception planning and preparation to visiting agenda, accommodation and transportation.
  • Transfer the updated governmental information from neighbour company or public connection group to internal site management, coordinate the related visiting issue with local management.
3. Corporate Marketing Communication
  • Keep contact with corporate marketing team to roll out the local internal market branding program base on fixed guideline and requirement.
  • Combine with the fresh site ideas, order & deliver the corporate marketing requirements to the local suppliers for internal advertisement materials & gifts creation.
  • Summarize the related presentation report by local roll out prefect moment to corporate marketing team, including provide the active activity moments to global magazine editor suppliers.
4. House Keeping & 5S Improvement
  • Role as one of the members of the site SIP inspection team, Working closely with SIP project leader to create the continuous improvement for admin & public areas by 5S basic concept and various elimination channels.
  • Organize the admin self-touring and created the vision standards and related solution to housekeeping problem items, checking the 5S improvement progress to meet the corrected deadline.
  • Assist the Quality team to review and roll out the pest control and supplier hygiene appraisal to avoid the error impact.
5. HR Function Support
  • Responsible to internal activity creator, combine with the active idea to organize the employee activity to fresh the company leisure time.
  • Foreigners working permit application and extension process. Coordinate with various government authorities for related business permits and license.
6. Admin Cost Control
  • Responsible for annual admin expense forecast, such as apartment / business trip / transportation and work meal items. Cost bridge creation between budget and actual expense, ensure the admin actual cost within the budget control scope.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in Administration /Marketing/ Economy/ Business Subjects
- 4- 5 Years administration holders experience in WOFE company
  • Pubic relationship experience about various governmental reception
  • Outstanding communication handling skills with different culture person
  • Excellence customer service sense and keep patient in various situation
  • Fluent in English commnication ( both in spoken and written)
  • Be farmilar with the MS Office application, expecially in Excel, PPT and other OA system.
  • Have C1 moudule Car License will be plus
