Job Description

He/she will be responsible for assisting Manager to manage office administration and general affairs as well as to participate a part of human resources duties.  Provide quality General Affairs services and support to dedicated business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Wide spectrum of corporate and office administration duties including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, renewal of licenses, insurance registration, pantry daily consumption, maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations
  • Assist the manager in formulating and implementing administration related policies and procedures  
  • Organize, maintain and update office files and records regularly
  • Process daily expense claims and payments
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by the Company Management
  • Act as receptionist during colleagues on leave
  • Participate in Company events and functions
Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in office administration and human resources duties
  • Solid experience in retail/FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in using PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, well-organized, proactive attitude
  • Detail minded, willing to accept new challenges, and able to handle multi-tasks independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available id preferred
  • Working Location: Shatin
