Job Description
He/she will be responsible for assisting Manager to manage office administration and general affairs as well as to participate a part of human resources duties.
Provide quality General Affairs services and support to dedicated business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Wide spectrum of corporate and office administration duties including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, renewal of licenses, insurance registration, pantry daily consumption, maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations
- Assist the manager in formulating and implementing administration related policies and procedures
- Organize, maintain and update office files and records regularly
- Process daily expense claims and payments
- Handle ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by the Company Management
- Act as receptionist during colleagues on leave
- Participate in Company events and functions
- Diploma holder in Human Resources/Business Administration
- 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in office administration and human resources duties
- Solid experience in retail/FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proficient in using PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hardworking, self-motivated, well-organized, proactive attitude
- Detail minded, willing to accept new challenges, and able to handle multi-tasks independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available id preferred
