Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for the daily operations of office administrative procedures. Execute office policies and controls administrative costs. Responsible for the communication with government.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Responsible for the communication with government for admin issues.
  • Administrate all supporting logistics including but not limited to security, dinning, sanitary, vehicle, gardening etc.
  • Execute and improve the procedure and working flow of admin.
  • Guest reception including but not limited to meeting room arrangement, pick-up, schedule, book hotel, flights and activities.
  • Supervise employee meal, office clean
  • Manage stationery
  • Passport and visa application
  • Organize recreation activities, employee outing and regular benefits
  • Contact and manage administrative supplier
  • Others as required by GM

Minimum Requirements

  • Has working experience on admin officer and with good independently working ability
  • Responsible for the communication with government for admin issues.
  • Administrate all supporting logistics including but not limited to security, dinning, sanitary, vehicle, gardening and guest reception etc.
  • Execute the procedure and working flow of admin.
  • Contact and manage administrative supplier.

Other requirements

  • College graduate
  • More than two years working experience on office admin is preferred
  • Have positive and optimistic attitude
  • Good English and PC skills
  • Good communication skills
