Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for the daily operations of office administrative procedures. Execute office policies and controls administrative costs. Responsible for the communication with government.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Responsible for the communication with government for admin issues.
- Administrate all supporting logistics including but not limited to security, dinning, sanitary, vehicle, gardening etc.
- Execute and improve the procedure and working flow of admin.
- Guest reception including but not limited to meeting room arrangement, pick-up, schedule, book hotel, flights and activities.
- Supervise employee meal, office clean
- Manage stationery
- Passport and visa application
- Organize recreation activities, employee outing and regular benefits
- Contact and manage administrative supplier
- Others as required by GM

Minimum Requirements
- Has working experience on admin officer and with good independently working ability
- Responsible for the communication with government for admin issues.
- Administrate all supporting logistics including but not limited to security, dinning, sanitary, vehicle, gardening and guest reception etc.
- Execute the procedure and working flow of admin.
- Contact and manage administrative supplier.
Other requirements
- College graduate
- More than two years working experience on office admin is preferred
- Have positive and optimistic attitude
- Good English and PC skills
- Good communication skills
