Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the full spectrum of corporate administration functions including supplies and procurement, insurance, inventory control and facilities management
  • Lead & supervise admin team to provide quality administrative services and monitoring of general administration duties
  • Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
  • Manage procurement of office supplies (including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers/contractors on office supplies, maintenance and agreement ect)
  • Maintain and review standard administration procedures and guidelines to strengthen quality service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal/external service providers on building repairs & maintenance works
  • Handle office renovation and relocation projects
  • Maintain a good filing system and keep proper records to handle admin relative activities
  • Prepare/draft memorandum, minutes, policies & procedures as required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 3+ years all round administration experience
  • Able to complete multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good working attitude, responsible, creative, self-motivated
  • Proficient with MS word, Excel & PowerPoint and other office software
  • Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager
