Job Description:
1. Responsible for assisting the general manager in overall management and executing departmental work plans and achieving goals
2. Responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on daily work plans and achieving various task objectives for each department
3. Assist department leaders in daily management work (such as maintaining employee relations, recruitment, training, etc.)
4. Responsible for organizing internal and external coordination work, external communication and liaison
5. Provide reasonable suggestions and improvement measures based on the department's situation, and promote the optimization and improvement of processes
6. Regularly organize relevant departments to conduct internal audits, promote the standardized operation of various functional departments, and improve management level
7. Cooperate with the General Manager to handle major emergencies
8. Other matters assigned by the leader
Job requirements:
1. Work experience in large multinational corporations is preferred
2. Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, strong execution ability, high work enthusiasm, and good professional ethics
3. Strong data analysis and communication coordination skills
4. Possess good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure
