  • Lead and organize office administration process and office supply such as drinks, utility, stationary, printings, greens, courier, meeting room, cars, hotels etc. to make sure office working environment clean and in well order,
  • Manage reception client greeting, courier sign-up procedure and guidelines to be in a friendly and efficient manner and in line with company culture,
  • Arrange and support VIP visitor’s accommodation including conference room, hotel, traffic and others. Arrange visa support for employee and visitors.
  • Manage China travel booking process by setting up and continuously improving and adjusting the Amex travel approval matrix, sharing travel analysis timely to push for cost saving opportunity and consensus, monitoring Amex’s service quality. Initiate new ideas of efficient travel control tools.
  • Manage office rental contracts negotiation and payment, communication with landlords. Lead the office decoration and moving.
  • Arrange secretary support to executive members. Organize (together with CCC) company activities and events including annual gala, sports day, teambuilding.
  • Supervise, together with Finance, Company legal documents, chops, chop policy execution.


COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent command of English, good oral English is a must;
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time, attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure and capacity to handle multiple task at same time and rapidly solve problems;
Desired personality: energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, strong communication skills and customer service mindset;
Sense of responsibility and professional behaviors.
