Job Description
Your tasks and responsibilities
Admin-
- Telephone answer and visitors reception
- Lunch booking (business meetings, visitors, etc)
- Flights booking and hotel arrangement
- Courier collection, registration and distribution
- Office supply purchase (stationery, water, coffee, food and etc.)
- Monthly office payment fill-in
- Manage cleaner AYi to ensure office’s tidy environment
- Admin contract review and renewal
- Assist in arranging company events (sports activity, annual party, team building, team sharing and etc)
- Other job assigned by manager
HR:
- Provide HR support to HR team
- Sourcing HR recruitment tools.
- Assist in recruitment (including calling candidates, following up the hiring process)
- Basic admin support for recruiting, staffing, e.g., support campus job fair.
- Perform market research on HR related topics
- You should be a local university student and able to commit at least 4 days each week for 3 months. We also offer longer term internships for students who are excellent team players and demonstrate passion for their field of studies. Ideally, you should be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Requirement
- Major in Human Resources, Administration, English or related fields;
- Fluent English in both verbal and written;
- Excellent skills in MS office;
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service;
- Good at teamwork collaboration;
- Can work at least 4 days a week.
