Job responsibility:

In this position will be responsible for providing administrative human resources support to the recruitment team. You will enjoy the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of administrative tasks including, contract generation, database administration, reporting, compliance administration, new starter onboarding, attendance management, invoicing, travel and accommodation bookings, expense administration and adhoc projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you must possess previous experience in administration and enjoy providing support to a team of experienced recruitment professionals. As an integral part of this team's success, your superior organization and attention to detail will be second to none. In addition, you will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature.
