Primary Functions :Support for logistics work in Shanghai plant and other branches’ admin issue, create a pleasant and professional

working atmosphere in the office.


Reports To: Admin Supervisor


Supervision:

  • Conformance to Security, Safety, Health and Environmental codes of Ingredion and local regulatory requirements

related to Admin work.

  • Ensuring safety systems are well managed and the office is being operated safely.
  • Lead the safety work of Admin contractors (Security, Cleaning, Canteen, and company vehicles)

Build Customer focused Mindset:

  • Actively organize and support for employee activity.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with all departments.
  • Support for other branches’ admin issue.

Build Great Talent:

  • Monitor and daily manage/training logistic suppliers (Security, cleaning, canteen and company vehicles) including

contract manage, expense, safety and daily admin support.

  • Maintain SAP system.
  • Manage OFI and Near Miss system.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Support for travel arrangements of office staff and visitors including but not limited to prepare Invitation, apply Visa

and Hotel/Car booking.

  • Record and track Admin department monthly expense.
  • Other admin support task assignments.

  • Lead for improving the working conditions and atmosphere in the office i.e. pleasant and professional office,

organizing employee social activities, team building activities etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least two years of administrative assistant experience.
  • The factory admin working experience is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • ECT 6
