Job Description & Summary

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

  • Work closely with stakeholders within the department and designated lines of service and/or industry groups to execute and deliver the marketing initiatives that drive the marketing strategy;
  • Coordinate with other sub-teams within the department including internal media, graphics, video, web & database and social media etc to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of marketing services;
  • Collaborate with the team to support internal and external events including conferences, seminars, road shows, other firmwide initiatives and regional projects;
  • Provide data management, logistics and on-site support for events;
  • Assist in writing, translation and proof-reading for events and marketing purposes, ensuring a high professional standard and consistency across all external and internal communications collateral;
  • Track and measure effectiveness;
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure all final deliverables are in compliance with brand guidelines and firmwide communications policies.

  • Order and distribute stationery;
  • Book air tickets, hotel rooms and taxi;
  • Organize and coordinate office internal activities;
  • Office files maintenance;
  • Maintain office facilities, machines and furniture;
  • Book video and audio conference calls;
  • Provide back up for telephone system and security card system changes or upgrades;
  • Handle various daily admin matters;
  • At least one year’s working experience in administration in a multinational company;
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Results-oriented and willing to touch details;
  • Good sense of responsibility and a quick learner; and Friendly, cheerful and diligent;
  • Both males and females are preferred.
