Admin Assistant & Reception
The main job activity comprises
1. Reception, responsible for phone-calls picking up and transfer, welcome and organize guest’s visits;
2. Travel expenses bills check & other financial support;
3. Invitation letter, application visa in foreign embassy / work permit and resident permit for expatriates;
4. Organize business trip and appointments, such as air ticket /train ticket booking and hotel reservation;
5. Responsible for receiving and sending for EMS, Express, Post Letter and so on;
6. Purchase office supplies
7. Further admin & HR tasks on request;
General requirements
1. Only applicants with a very good level in English, in both written and spoken will be considered
2. Good computer knowledge MS (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Self-dependent, great sense of responsibility, good organizer
4. Flexible in scope of tasks and working hours
5. Strong communication skills, good team player
