Job Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible of front desk reception work including telephone answering, screening & transferring
2.Be responsible of mail and parcels, to send and receive on time and providing visitor reception
3.Be responsible of Weekly information updates (Visitor Schedule and Out of Office Calendar)
4.Office supply management including needs analysis, purchasing, maintenance and distribution. ( e.g. stationary, fire extinguisher)
5.Be responsible of monitoring air-tickets qualification, price and time before authorization
6.Be responsible of hotel booking and follow up
7.Domestic express management including but not limited to supplier sourcing, cooperation maintenance, and daily operation. Contract express delivery relationship maintenance
8.International Express Management including but not limited to application, stamping, and delivery of DHL,UPS,TNT 9.The use of Office equipment and basic maintenance knowledge
10.Translation of company documents if necessary.
11.Be responsible office environment maintenance, to ensure the office is clean and tidy
12.To Assist and support to company event (CNY celebration,Outing,Sample sale and supplier summit)
13.To Assist and support on office relocation and decoration
14.Other works assigned by manager
Qualifications:
1.Major in English (CET-6) or Russian. Good English speaking and written skills
2.Familiar with MS software
3.Can work 3-4days per week at least.
4.Related working experience is preferable but not required.
5.Easy going, optimistic, hardworking and open-character, good negotiation skills, careful, team spirit.
