Position Summary The administrative assistant VI is responsible for providing administrative support to APLT members.
Key Areas of Responsibility Admin. Assistant to APLT members · Functional regular meeting or event organization; · Maintain appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriate time for the Senior Managers and Directors; · Trip arrangement, including passport, visa, flight, hotel, local transportation and etc; · Document/material preparation, translation & filing; · Handling general information phone calls; · Composing and finalizing correspondence and communications (Fax, Memo, Letter, Courier etc.) for the Senior Managers and Directors; · Stationery including name cards & others; · Other assignment from APLT members. Other Assignment · Support team meetings and projects.
Required Skills · Proficiency in English speaking and writing · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; · Proficiency in PC Skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.) · Be dedicated to work, can work under pressure. · Proactive and problem solving mindset
Education/Experience · Bachelor degree, preferably in Admin and English; · Over 5 years relevant work experience in a multinational company.
