Administration

• Responsible for admin documents filling system and recording.

负责行政文件的档案管理和记录

• Admin fixed assets management.

• Support with customers visit, e.g. prepare meeting room, site tour, car arrangement, hotel etc.

协助客户来访，例如，会议室安排、工厂参观、车辆酒店安排等

• Purchase office supply (customized stationery, office consumable, office equipment etc.), ensure all office supply keep proper inventory.

办公室行政采购（定制类办公用品、办公易耗品、办公室设备等），确保日常安全库存。

• Interact with office suppliers and vendors, select the vendor for comply with environmental quality policy.

协调好行政采购供应商的关系，根据公司环境质量政策来选择供应商。

• Coordinate Receptionists/Drivers/Cleaning ladies daily work and report to Admin Manager if there are any issues arise.

协调前台、司机、保洁人员的日常工作，发生问题及时汇报行政经理。

• Deal with the department invoices, get the approval and pass to the finance for processing.

处理部门的发票，批准后提交财务处理。

• Make the payment of admin related expense and update admin expense report timely and accurately.

行政费用、报表的及时准确的更新和付款。

• Take care of office environment and maintenances to ensure their daily operation runs smoothly

负责办公环境和运营维护，确保正常运作。

• Assist HR with On boarding procedure、working pass and so on.

协助HR办理新员工入职、外籍工作证等

• Assist company activities such as company outing/annual party/birthday celebration/teambuilding.

协助活动策划，如旅游、年会、生日会、团建等。

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Resource management, Law and Administration.

人力资源管理、法律、行政等相关专业学士学位

• Good English both on oral and written.

优秀的英文书面和口语能力

• At least 2 years working experience in HR or Admin.

至少两年以上的行政、人事相关的工作经验

Essential Experience

• Good Communication skills.

良好的人际沟通和组织技巧

• Well organized, logic thinking, solve problem independently.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Bioworkshops Suzhou is a biopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Hong Kong which develops first-in-class and best-in-class antibody products for China and the world in collaboration with international partners. We develop and manufacture clinical drug substances and drug products produced by cell culture to international standards. Our Mission is to consistently develop and achieve approval of biologic products faster than anyone else in China through expert application of manufacturing science.
The Company has recently acquired a 28,000 sq. meter building and land in Suzhou and is investing over RMB300M in building state-of-the art development and clinical manufacturing facilities in 2019 and will be well on the way towards our goal of obtaining the first IND approval in 2020.

The founding members of Bioworkshops are industrial veterans from Australia and China who have been starting-up and leading biologics product development companies and biologics manufacturing organizations all over the world for more than 20 years. In the past five years alone, the founding team has successfully developed over 10 new antibody products for US, Australia, and China markets and have completed successful design, build, and start-up of four biologics development and manufacturing centers:
? Clinical and commercial production.
? Inspected for compliance against US-FDA, NMPA, TFDA, and TGA regulations to file CTA/IND and commercial products.
We have quickly established a start-up team and are recruiting more expert staff to exceed 150 employees within the coming year.
