Responsibilities

工作职责:


1.Taking some office reception’s duties including but not limited to arrange couriers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and set up in-house or out-site meetings/trainings/seminars

承担部分办公室接待的角色包括但不限于接待访客,信件快递,以及公司内外的会议,培训及讲座的准备安排。

2. Hotel and airplane tickets booking for business trips and monthly collect and check travel expense claim invoices /receipts. Delivery office supplies timely and office team building activities support

出差酒店机票安排,每月跟进和核对办公室同事的发票,收据及报销,以及办公室用品的购买和公司团体活动的协助组织

3. Works closely with HR, IT team and office Manager, follows up daily routine work to ensure office smooth function operation

与HR 和IT 以及办公室经理等其他同事协作以保证分公司办公室各项工作顺利开展

4.Daily routine works relate to Compliance. Act as a liaison between Shanghai office and operational headquarter and other branch offices

按要求做好日常各项例行工作, 作为上海办公室与总部以及其他分公司的沟通窗口

5. Give assistances on applying travel visa, working permit and office certificates/licenses if necessary

在必要的时候帮助申请同事的旅行/工作证件以及办公室的执照/证件申请

6. Coordinating audit schedule and follow up related audit reports/files

协调审核安排,跟进相关的审核报告和文件

7.Other work assigned as needed

需要时其他工作安排


Qualifications

工作要求:

1.1 or 2 years above relevant working experience .

1到2年以上相关工作经验

2. Good at English writing and reading

英文读写良好,

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

办公软件操作熟练

4. Patient, efficient and detailed-oriented

耐心,细致,做事效率高

5.Good communication and organization skills.

良好的沟通和组织能力

6.Flexible and be able to work under pressure

灵活、适应性强并且能承受工作压力
