Accountabilities / Duties (for both Xiamen and Fuzhou office)
1 Office Service Management
(meeting Rm reservation, business card, courier, filing storage, office phone, Licenses & Certificate, APL area cleaning & green plants, etc.)
2 Office Purchase (stationery, bill of lading, machine, printing, water, chop made, etc.)
3 Company Car and Driver Management
4 Office Furniture and Equipment Maintenance
5 Office Environment Maintenance
6 Payment Arrangement of All Office Admin Related Expense
7 Travel Service Arrangement (Hotel & Air ticket)
8 Office Leasing and Rental (leasing related communication)
9 Office Fix assets Management
10 Reception of visitors
11 Other Tasks by Supervisor
Requirements
1 College degree; CET-4 above; related experience is preferred
2 Friendly, positive, honest and have negotiation skills
3 Able to work independently and work under pressure
4 A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
5 Be able to work in full time an travel to Fuzhou 2 times in a month
