Job Description

  • Answering general telephone and record the useful information.

  • To be responsible for reception of visitors according to reception policy.

  • To act as guide when there is visitor in office.

  • Make records for all the visitors from external.

  • To be responsible for receiving/posting mails etc.

  • Take care of company’s office stationary ordering, keeping and distribution.

  • Restaurant, hotel and ticket booking, and invitation letter preparation.

  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

  • Meeting room daily management and reservation handling.

  • Responsible for office housekeeping, office security and cleaner’s supervision.

  • Subscribe and maintain magazine/newspaper and membership of association.

  • Company Certificate and License management.

  • Responsible for car management and car petrol recording.

  • Keep coffee area in clean condition and prepare tea/coffee/snacks for visitors.

  • Be involved in establishment of admin. policies, procedures and work schedules.

  • As representative to communicate with property management company.

  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


岗位要求:


  • College's degree;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English;

  • Interpersonal skills and affinity.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to stabilize and willing to learn

  • 1+year related work experience

  • Good communication, organizational and executive skills, careful and patient

  • Proficient in Microsoft office software and Excel function
