Job Description

合同:与中智合同一年一签,长期职位


工作内容

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain managers’ appointment schedule by planning, scheduling and following through meetings, conferences, telephonic and video conferences, preparing materials and ensuring participation

Ensure that all travel accommodation, transportation and other logistic details are managed properly

Assist in logistics planning on events and conferences, and for overseas senior executive visits

Provide assistance for expense reimbursement, chop management and other governmental/regulatory and corporate affairs events

Prepare meeting and seminar agendas

Monitor tasks delegated by managers

Ensure that inventory of office supplies is maintained efficiently

Anticipate needed supplies and evaluate newly purchased office equipment

Receive, register, and file internal and external correspondences or documentations.

Other work assigned by managers


应聘条件

Bachelor degree

2+ years admin. related experience

Fluent in English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Assumes responsibility and accountability

Advanced MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
