• Facilitate the progress of ALM related initiatives or improvements
• Support in Economic Capital (EC) reporting, establishing the regular procedure and in charge of the whole deliveries
• Support in SAA Review
• Support in Capital Planning
• Support in ALM risk management and strategy decision
• Other projects assigned by supervisors

• University graduate with 5+ years experience, preferably in Actuarial, Mathematics or Statistics.
• ASA or equivalent.
• Familiar with ALM and capital related technique
• Problem solving and analytical skills, leadership and team work ability.
• Good presentation and communication skills in Mandarin and English
