Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to perform gap analysis on the financial information forecast and provide isnights and explore cost savings and cashflow opportunity from P2P perspective
• Assist to work on functional design, current and future state flows, testing approach for any process reengineering initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze business and financial data such as cashflow, product and inventory cost for planning, forecasting and decision making
• Assist on change mangement for technology intiative, process reengineering and provide training support on any new technology deployments.
• Identify opportunity for continous improvement on process and services
• Enhance the analytics in automation with process simplification
• identifying insight in opportunity with strategically on the analytics driving profitable growth in objective
• Able to derive insight into actions by working with clients and cross functional team
• Handle ad-hoc business requests/project for P2P

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree
• Major Finance, Accounting , Supply Chain Management or other related subjects
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Mangement will be a definite advantage
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on electronics manufacturing services environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint with knowledge in SAP, Power BI will be an advantage
• Candidates with strong data analytics tool knowledge will be definite advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills with strong data sense and able to deal with large quantity of data with high accuracy and tight timeline
• Mindset of driving insight with opportunities and enhance process reengineering with automation
• Strong sense of responsibilities and work as a team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Some travel may be required.
