Job Description
Responsibilities
- Check daily invoices and sales chits according to policy and handle reports
- Use MS Excel to streamline different type of reports from database
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary
- Require to report duty occasionally on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday for certain Club’s events
Requirements
- Certificate preferably in Accounting
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience, preferably in club or hotel industry
- Self-initiated, independent, detail-minded with attention to accuracy
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Wordis a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
